Anthony Beauséjour’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. He has acted for clients in the pharmaceutical, mining, telecommunication, manufacturing and energy industries. Anthony also has particular expertise in constitutional law and international law.
Anthony regularly appears before the Superior Court of Québec, the Court of Québec, as well as before adjudicators. He has also assisted senior counsels in various cases before the Québec Court of Appeal.
Anthony is fluent in French and English.

Anthony is involved with the Research Institute on Self-Determination of Peoples and National Independences, where he conducts legal researches on constituent assemblies.
Anthony is also an instructor for an advanced constitutional law seminar at both McGill and Montréal universities.
During law school, Anthony was a teaching assistant for three law professors in the areas of constitutional law, statutory interpretation and matrimonial law.
Before joining Torys, Anthony worked as a journalist for a national broadcast media and completed his articles at another major international law firm.
Anthony is a legal commentator on various radio programs on CIBL 101.5 FM.
