Courtney Barbour is a due diligence professional based in our Legal Services Centre in Halifax, where she provides essential corporate services for our clients. Her experience includes due diligence, review and negotiation of commercial contracts, NDAs, commercial property agreements, RFPs and tenders, and service agreements.

Professional Involvement
Courtney is on the board of directors for the Canadian Bar Association – Nova Scotia and serves as chair of the Young Lawyers’ section. She volunteers with the Dartmouth Yacht Club serving as Rear Commodore and also with the Convoy Cup Foundation.
During law school, Courtney was awarded the Newfoundland Law Foundation Centennial Scholarship.
