
Eve-Lyne’s practice focuses on civil, corporate and commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including in the context of class actions. Her practice includes disputes related to professional liability, product liability, consumer complaints, price fixing allegations and employment law. She has represented clients in the pharmaceutical, transportation, construction, technology, communication, manufacturing and insurance industries. Eve-Lyne has appeared as counsel before all levels of courts in Québec, as well as before arbitration and administrative tribunals.
Eve-Lyne also provides advice to Canadian and multinational corporations regarding consumer protection legislation, protection of personal information, language requirements and other legal requirements for doing business in Québec.
Eve-Lyne is fluent in French and English.
