Overview
Elizabeth Ellis is responsible for the firm's Practice Solutions Group, which focuses on initiatives designed to improve the delivery of legal services to our clients. This mandate includes leveraging the firm's collective experience and expertise to benefit clients as well as re-engineering the daily processes used to deliver legal services.
The Practice Solutions Group works directly with client teams to design and implement systems and processes for specific litigation and transactional matters.

Professional Involvement
Elizabeth is Chair of the ABA Senior Lawyers Division, Annual Meeting (2021) Committee, as well as an active member of the Corporation Law Sub-Committee, Ontario Bar Association, and the Business Law Section, Canadian Bar Association. She is a founding member of both the Toronto Research Lawyers Group and the Toronto Opinion Group, as well as a member of the Toronto Knowledge Management Group.
