Lily’s practice focuses on insolvency and restructuring. She has experience with court proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, as well as plans of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act. 

Lily has advised on complex Canadian and cross-border restructurings involving sales proceedings, debtor-in-possession financing and receiverships.
