
Nushrah practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on technology and emerging companies. Her corporate practice includes advising high-growth businesses on venture capital financings, corporate governance, and M&A transactions. Her commercial practice centers on drafting and negotiating technology-focused agreements, including software licensing, service, development, and other strategic commercial arrangements.
During law school, Nushrah interned at an international pharmaceutical company.
Nushrah served as Equity Officer to Osgoode Hall Law School’s student government and was involved as a Case Worker at Osgoode’s Mediation Clinic and Parkdale Community Legal Services. Nushrah is a volunteer with the Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS) program, a high school program that uses legal education as a tool to assist students in succeeding in school and becoming engaged and active citizens.
