While in law school, Zena facilitated the Learn Your Rights Workshop at the Femmes d’Ici et d’Ailleurs, a non-profit organization, where she developed and delivered a legal training session on the basics of housing and family law for immigrant women. Zena also volunteered at the McGill Legal Information Clinic.
