IVF No Longer Funded by Québec Medicare

Food and Drug Regulatory LawBill 20, adopted by the National Assembly in Quebec on November 10, will stop in vitro fertilization (IVF) coverage under medicare. The delisting of IVF will take immediate effect. This changing in funding will have a major impact on families as well as biomedical research groups and fertility clinics in Quebec.
