Partner Carly Klinkhoff will speak at the 72nd Annual Natural Resources and Energy Law Institute taking place July 23-25 in Seattle, Washington. The conference will bring together legal and industry professionals to explore current developments and emerging issues across the natural resources, energy, environmental, mining and Indigenous law sectors.
Carly will speak on the panel “Mining Disclosure in Transition – Comparing Canada’s Evolving NI 43-101, the U.S.’s S-K 1300, and Australia’s JORC” on July 24 at 9:10 a.m. The panel will examine proposed changes to Canada's mining disclosure framework and compare them with U.S. and Australian reporting standards, highlighting key differences and practical considerations for companies reporting under multiple regulatory regimes.
