24th Annual Current Issues in Employment Law

Counsel Irfan Kara will speak at the Ontario Bar Association’s 24th Annual Current Issues in Employment Law program. The program will provide insights and practical guidance on the latest developments in employment law for practitioners across all experience levels.

Irfan will speak on the panel “Multi-Jurisdiction Employees and Remote Work” at 1:50 p.m. The panel will explore how employers can navigate jurisdictional challenges arising from cross‑border work, remote work from unexpected locations, and inconsistencies between contractual terms and where employees actually perform their work.
