Partner and co-chair of our national product liability practice group Grant Worden will speak at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 2nd Annual Summit on PFAS Regulation, Compliance and Litigation taking place May 29-30 in New York, U.S. The conference will explore strategies for mitigating risks associated with PFAS and forever chemicals through effective compliance, regulation, and litigation.
Grant will speak on the panel “International Outlook on PFAS: Contrasting Developments in Canada, the EU, and Beyond” on May 30 at 2:30 p.m. The panel will examine the ways in which Canada, the EU, Australia and New Zealand are developing their strategies for reporting, restriction and enforcement in relation to PFAS regulations around the world.
