Counsel Ryan Lax will co-chair and speak at the 3rd ITA Conference on International Arbitration in the Mining Sector taking place March 5-6 in Toronto. The conference brings together leading professionals and key innovators in the field to foster collaboration and share insights on key topics in mining sector arbitrations.
Ryan will moderate a panel titled “Hot Topics in Critical Materials Mining: Global Perspectives” on March 5 at 3:00 p.m. This panel will explore various perspectives in critical materials mining, including the viewpoint of private companies investing in the field and the U.S. as regulators.
