Partner Thomas Yeo will speak at the 20th Conference on Crown Corporate Governance, taking place between January 29-30.
The conference is committed to assisting Crown professionals navigate the frequent challenges encountered in fast-evolving governance through the development of strategies and access to valuable insights from its faculty.
Thomas will speak on the “Critical Conflict of Interest Lessons for Directors, Chairs, and Leadership: Sustainable Development Technology Canada Case Study” panel on January 30 at 4:00 p.m. During the session, Thomas and his co-panelist will use the dissolution of Sustainable Development Technology Canada as a case study to illustrate best practices regarding conflicts of interest.
