On December 4, partner Nicole Mantini will present at the American Conference Institute’s Annual Conference on Drug and Medical Device Litigation. Celebrating its 29th year, the two-day event will bring together more than 400 pharmaceutical and device litigators, private practice attorneys and judges to explore the latest multi-district litigation strategies.
Nicole will participate in a panel discussion on December 4 at 11:00 a.m. titled, “PFAS and Forever Chemicals: Understanding the Complex Legal Nuances of Contaminant Litigations”. The session will discuss recent developments in perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, which have been driving aggressive class action litigation and posing significant risks to drug and medical device manufacturers around the world.
