New York Partner Venera Ziegler will speak at the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys’ (NAPPA) 2024 Winter Seminar, taking place on February 21 and 23 in Washington, D.C. The two-day seminar will discuss current trends and issues put together by the section steering committees.
Venera along with other panelists will speak on “Dueling Violins (Limited Partner vs General Partner Debate on Fund Terms)” session on February 21 at 10:15 a.m. The panel will discuss what motivates Limited Partners (LPs) and General Partners (GPs) when negotiating private fund documents and present key business and legal topics integral to the LP and GP relationship to ensure they better understand each other’s situation.
