18th Annual Civil Litigator’s Survival Guide to Evidence

Yael Bienenstock will participate as faculty in the 18th Annual Civil Litigator’s Survival Guide to Evidence, run by OsgoodePD.

The program will run over two half days and will discuss some of the most important evidentiary principles to building a case and will unpack how to address any problems and find practical solutions.

Yael will co-present the “Expert evidence” session at 1:40 p.m. on January 19. This session will take attendees through things like deciding if an expert is required to give evidence, techniques for handling the experts, and cross examining expert testimony.
