Partner Susan Nickerson will speak at The Association of Canadian Pension Management (ACPM) National Conference titled “A Climate for Innovation — Exploring Sustainable Retirement” on September 27 to 29 in St. John’s, Newfoundland. The conference will address problems and identify developments that have surfaced in the past few years, while also highlighting benefits and concerns that will need be to be addressed in future.
Susan will moderate the “Legal Perspectives 2022–23” panel at 12:15 p.m. on September 28. The session will cover current and future retirement legal issues, policy and legislation in Canada. The panel will also share their expertise on how these legal developments will impact retirement plan administration and governance in the future.
