Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Food and Drug Regulatory practices Eileen McMahon will speak at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s (FDLI) annual conference taking place on June 14 and 15 in Washington, DC. This year’s theme is “Exploring Advance Topics in Food and Drug Law”, which will bring together experts to cover topics on regulatory, compliance, policy issues of the FDA-regulatory industry, and more.
Eileen along with other panelists will speak on “Enhancing Drug Competition and Affordability” session at 2:10 p.m. on June 15. During the session, panelists will discuss Canada’s laws regarding drug pricing and the potential impact on the U.S. market, examine the state of FDA’s actions, impacts on the generics industry, and much more.
