Sarah Whitmore will chair an Ontario Bar Association program on class actions on April 28.
The program, titled “Remedies in Class Actions: Aggregate Damages” will help attendees staying up to day on the complex and evolving world of class action.
The panel will provide deep discussions on how courts are remediating class action liability while it touches on important questions, such as: When are aggregate damages available? Is a consistent approach to certifying aggregate damages as a common issue being followed in Ontario?
You can learn more about the session and register on to attend on the OBA website.
