This conference will discuss the current state of the cannabis industry from both a legal and practical perspective, guiding attendees on how to navigate the evolving and changing industry. Issues such as the federal regulatory landscape for CBD-derived products, CBD safety, and CBD litigation and enforcement will be discussed, among other pertinent issues.

Eileen will speak on the "International Cannabis Regulation: Impact and Considerations for a U.S. Framework" at 3:50 p.m. on December 2, where her and fellow panelists will provide an overview of cannabis regulation in jurisdictions such as Canada, Mexico, and Israel, as well as the status of a United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs vote and how developments have and will affect U.S. markets.
