Making it work (the holding period)

Part of the “Define the relationship: the PE investment lifecycle” series

Join members of Torys’ New York office for this series as they discuss the key components that make a US private equity investment a meaningful partnership. From acquisition to exit, our team will examine the considerations that arise in these investments, including corporate, tax, litigation, executive compensation, employment, real estate, and securities matters.

Making it work (the holding period)

The second session in this series looks at the legal and strategic considerations that arise while the sponsor holds its investment. At this stage in the lifecycle, there needs to be a clear focus on governance, operational improvement and risk management, all with a view to position the company for a successful exit.

Join us as we examine the integration of add-on acquisitions, real estate portfolio optimization, dispute management and litigation strategy, and incentive plan administration and retention.

This session will be presented in English.
