Financial institutions and fintechs are increasingly partnering to leverage new technology and market opportunities. With new legislative frameworks governing fintech activities and the growing interest of regulators in these partnerships, both parties must navigate a wide range of issues when negotiating agreements.

In this session, our panel will explore how the regulatory environment impacts such partnerships and will discuss how best to address the challenges and opportunities to support successful and mutually beneficial collaborations.
