Organizations are increasingly using AI to streamline operations; however, the integration of this technology presents serious privacy and human rights risks.
This tabletop session, as a part of our “AI for business leaders” series, will help you identify the legal regimes that should be assessed when reviewing AI-based tools, the stakeholders required to provide input, and the benefits and reputational concerns they present. You will work in groups to outline the business case and risk analysis of a hypothetical HR recruitment tool, and how to revisit the risk assessment when unusual results have been observed. Considerations for responsible AI monitoring throughout the product’s life cycle will also be discussed.
