Alister and Paul will provide an overview of the background to their respective organizations and share a bit about their role in protecting the interests of policyholders in the event that a property and casualty insurance company or life insurance company becomes insolvent.
The second half of the session will see moderator, Torys partner Jill McCutcheon, facilitate a Q&A, where questions from the floor are encouraged.
