The requisite skills for effective leadership in our increasingly diverse and global workplace are expanding giving rise to a renewed focus on culturally intelligent leadership. Culturally intelligent leadership enables leaders to use their understanding of the world and its diverse cultures and nationalities to create a respectful, successful, agile and highly competitive organization. Our speaker will explore the importance of understanding culture and its impact on organizations, the strategic value of cultural intelligence, and the significance of integrating and practicing cultural intelligence in everyday life.
