Pensions and Employment partner Susan Nickerson will moderate a webinar hosted by The Association of Canadian Pension Management on the challenges faced by Canadian pension plan administrators due to COVID-19.
The webinar will address topics such as the plan administrators’ fiduciary duties and management of conflicts of interest post-Indalex, an overview of recent pension legislative and regulatory measures to address COVID-19, and the practical problems for pension fiduciaries in the governing, investment and funding of their pension plans and related employee communication challenges.
