Breakfast With Appeal: A breakfast series about the law you want to know By the Torys Appellate Group

Join us for the first Breakfast With Appeal for 2019. This time, our Appellate Group will turn their attention to some controversial private and public law questions, like:

  • When can a settlement be set aside for fraud because of things the lawyer said while negotiating?
  • When does unjust enrichment require an enrichment that’s unjust?
  • Does asking for genetic testing information turn you into a criminal?
  • Is it possible to have cooperative federalism in an uncooperative world?
