Partner Molly Reynolds will Chair the Canadian Bar Association’s program on Tuesday, November 20 which discusses CASL enforcement updates.
“Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): A Joint Presentation on Compliance and Enforcement” will host executives from all three CASL enforcement agencies, the CRTC, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, and the Competition Bureau who will provide CASL updates from their perspective.
