While medical use of cannabis is legal in Canada, draft federal legislation will soon be introduced to make recreational use of cannabis legal in Canada. We invite you to join us for a panel discussion on the current and proposed state of cannabis laws in Canada. Preparing for legalization, the recommendations of the Task Force on Cannabis Legalization and Regulation, cross-border issues, criminal law overlay and other key considerations will be addressed.

This discussion will interest corporations, investors, regulators and other key stakeholders in the industry. Our panel of experts includes a member of the Task Force on Cannabis Legalization and Regulation and leading lawyers on cannabis law.
