October 21, 2015 07:45 - 09:00 ET

Join us for a session discussing the decisions counsel must make when drafting arbitration clauses, highlighting recent legal developments and pointing out potential pitfalls to avoid when drafting.

No one enjoys thinking about “what will happen if something goes wrong with this deal?” but the dispute resolution clause can be very important if something goes off the rails. This presentation discusses the ins and outs of arbitration clauses, including whether to arbitrate, and if so, where, what and how to arbitrate.

Continental breakfast will be served from 7:45 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
