Vantage Elevator Solutions acquires BSIS

Torys acted as counsel to Vantage with a team led by Meghan McKeever and that included Adam Sussman and Nicolas Glaudemans (corporate/M&A), Ellie Kang (employment), Michelle Lu and Tristan Hood (tax).

On October 13, 2025, Vantage Elevator Solutions LLC (“Vantage”) announced it completed the acquisition of Building Supply & Installation Services, Inc. (“BSIS”). The acquisition will enable Vantage to integrate BSIS’ services into its core offering portfolio, providing customers with an enhanced suite of field support and manufacturing services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

BSIS is a New York based company specializing in the installation of passenger and freight door systems, cabs, cab remodeling, platforms and emergency repairs.

Vantage is a leading North American elevator component manufacturer, providing a broad portfolio of parts and components used in elevator systems, including door operators, traction machines, and controllers, among others.
