On December 30, 2021, The Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation (“DKM”) acquired the crafts business and associated brands of Duncan Enterprises, Inc. (“Duncan”), a leading arts and crafts company. The business has been rebranded to “iLoveToCreate”
