Basin Media Hub
Torys is acting as counsel to Hackman Capital Partners (HCP) in connection with the development and construction of the Basin Media Hub, a purpose-built, state-of-the-art film, television and digital media hub located at 29 Basin Street on an 8.9-acre waterfront development parcel in Toronto’s Port Lands, that will include eight purpose-built sound stages, production office space, along with workshop and production support space.
