Scientific Games completes acquisition of NYX Gaming Group

On January 5, 2018, Scientific Games Corporation ("Scientific Games") announced the closing of its acquisition, through Bally Gaming and Systems UK Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scientific Games, of all of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares of NYX Gaming Group Limited ("NYX") not owned by Scientific Games or its affiliates at a price of C$2.40 per ordinary share in cash pursuant to a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement under Part VIII of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended).
