Meridian acquires Roynat Lease Finance

On April 29, 2016, Meridian Credit Union Limited (Meridian) announced that it completed its acquisition of Roynat Lease Finance. The closing of the transaction follows satisfaction of certain conditions including receipt of regulatory approval. As of the 29th, Roynat Lease Finance will operate as Meridian OneCap Credit Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Meridian Credit Union.

Roynat Lease Finance provides customized commercial equipment leasing solutions with a specific focus on the small to mid-ticket market.
