Thomson Reuters closes C$550 million note offering

On November 12, 2014, Thomson Reuters Corporation closed its previously announced offering of C$550 million (approximately US$483 million) principal amount of 3.309% notes due 2021.

Thomson Reuters plans to use the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes, including, without limitation, to fund the redemption of all of its outstanding C$750 million principal amount of 6.00% notes due March 2016 and to finance share repurchases under its previously announced buyback program.
