Sun Life Financial completes C$350 million offering of subordinated unsecured debentures

On June 26, 2008, Sun Life Financial Inc. completed a public offering of C$350 million principal amount of subordinated unsecured 5.12% fixed/floating debentures due 2018. The offering was co-led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc., and the agency syndicate included Merril Lynch Canada Inc., HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., National Bank Financial Inc. and TD Securities Inc.
