Alanah’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with a focus on oil and gas, power and energy transactions. She has been involved in a broad range of commercial projects and transactions, including private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, project development, and general corporate and commercial matters. Her experience includes drafting and analyzing corporate, transactional and project agreements, preparing opinions and presentations on industry-related legal issues and conducting a wide array of corporate due diligence.
