Lianne practises corporate and securities law, assisting clients in public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and partnering arrangements and other corporate reorganizations. She also regularly advises clients concerning corporate governance matters, stock exchange, and other regulatory compliance matters. Lianne has represented issuers, financial sponsors, underwriters and special/independent committees.
