Davida’s practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution.
Davida has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal and administrative tribunals.
Davida provides pro bono services to members of CARFAC (Canadian Artists' Representation/le Front des artistes canadiens) on copyright and trademark issues. She is a member of The Advocates’ Society and a participant in UJA’s Joshua Institute for Jewish Communal Leadership.
During law school, Davida was a teaching assistant for the Harvard Negotiation Workshop, a certified Massachusetts mediator with the Harvard Mediation Program and a senior editor at the Harvard Negotiation Law Review.
Prior to law school, Davida was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
