Kim is responsible for the recruitment, engagement and professional development of the legal professionals in our Montréal office and the Legal Service Centre in Halifax, as well as our law clerks/paralegals firm wide. She manages the lawyer and law clerk/paralegal onboarding across all offices and supports Torys’ performance and talent management programs, policies and processes.

Kim is a designated internal harassment advisor and a wellness navigator. She has completed the Queen’s University Workplace Mental Health Leadership certificate as well as the Mental Health First Aid Canada program.
