Sarah’s practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property and food and drug regulatory law. She has experience advising on regulatory compliance, particularly in the industries of food, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. This includes advising clients on issues related to marketing and promotion of pharmaceutical products, market access, product and establishment licensing, and privacy issues affecting the same.
Sarah also has experience in patent and trademark law, including prosecution, strategy, opposition, and enforcement. In addition, Sarah advises on the acquisition and exploitation of intellectual property in related transactions, including intellectual property licensing and assignments. She also has experience negotiating and preparing intellectual property licenses and agreements.
In addition to her professional work, Sarah volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario.
