Ronen’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions.
Ronen is fluent in Spanish.
Ronen worked as a legal intern with the Insolvency and Debt Resolution team of the World Bank Group in Washington, DC. Prior to that, Ronen completed a legal internship with the International Labour Organization in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Ronen also completed a secondment at Ontario Power Generation.
During law school, Ronen was President of the JD/MBA Student's Association. Ronen also volunteered with Fair Change Community Services at Osgoode Hall Law School and spent a semester abroad studying at the Faculty of Law in the University of Hong Kong.
Ronen received the Gold Medal from the Schulich School of Business, York University in recognition of having graduated with the highest graduating average in the MBA/iMBA class. Ronen also received recognition by Osgoode Hall Law School, York University for achieving a cumulative academic standing within the top 9% of the Graduating Class of 2020.
