Mike’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and infrastructure projects. He has experience advising clients in the private equity, financial services, infrastructure, and renewable energy industries in domestic and cross-border transactions. In addition, Mike advises client on the formation of joint ventures and other shareholder and partnership arrangements.
