Gabrielle's practice encompasses a broad range of commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters.
Gabrielle has experience in complex disputes, including class actions, environmental matters, cross-border litigation, and appellate proceedings. She has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia and the Yukon Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining Torys, Gabrielle served as a law clerk for Justice Harris and former Justice Stromberg-Stein of the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
During law school, Gabrielle competed in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot and was awarded the Association Internationale des Jeunes Adovcates Prize in Public International Law and the Gordon Bisaro Memorial Prize in Law.
Gabrielle is an active member of the Young Canadian Arbitration Professionals.
Before joining the firm, Gabrielle was a litigation associate at an international firm in Vancouver.
