Kelsey leads the firm’s corporate law clerk and corporate services team in Toronto. She is responsible for the engagement, management and professional development of the corporate law clerks, corporate searchers and the corporate services team. Kelsey works closely with our lawyers to develop and implement the best combination of legal processes, project management and technology to deliver efficient legal services to our clients that reflect Torys’ high-quality standard.

Kelsey works with the firm’s key stakeholders to develop knowledge management resources and is also involved in providing continuing legal education, including presentations and training sessions for our lawyers, articling students and law clerks. In addition, Kelsey acts as a substantive legal resource and provides procedural guidance to our corporate law clerks firm-wide.
