Shannon Lewis’ practice focuses on all areas of general corporate law including incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, and related registry filings in compliance with the Business Corporations Act (Alberta), Partnership Act (Alberta) and Canada Business Corporations Act.

She also has experience in corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A and corporate reorganizations.
