Jesse’s practice focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He has experience in both public and private M&A transactions and has represented some of Canada’s largest private equity firms, pension plans, and asset managers on a wide range of investment activities, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, auction transactions, joint ventures and minority investments.
