Colette’s practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, including corporate/commercial disputes, class actions, securities and competition litigation. She has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Appeal and Alberta Court of King's Bench.
Colette is a member of The Advocates' Society. She is currently on the Young Advocates Standing Committee, a committee of The Advocates' Society devoted to promoting the interests and development of young lawyers in the profession across Canada.
Colette volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario’s hotline, providing summary legal advice to low-income individuals.
In law school, Colette received the Medal in Law for ranking third-highest in her graduating class and the Dean’s Key for her contributions during her time at Queen’s Law.
