Frazer practices corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on M&A and corporate finance. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of Canadian and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and securities offerings (including initial public offerings) across many industries, including in life sciences and cannabis. Frazer advises clients at every stage of growth, from startups raising capital to public companies regarding their disclosure and corporate governance.
Frazer also advises Canadian and international investment dealers on equity and debt financings and securities regulation and compliance.

Frazer is a member of the board of the directors of the Canadian Music Centre, a registered charity supporting and promoting new music in Canada. Frazer also serves as a member of the governance committee.
During law school, Frazer worked as a research assistant for Professors Kate Sutherland and Poonam Puri, was a member of the Osgoode Business Law Clinic and received the course prize for Business Associations.
